This stunning new build overlooks the waters of Lake Huron, offering sunsets from the rooftop patio and relaxing evenings by the propane fire table, stargazing, or soaking in the hot tub. The home embraces its natural surroundings  through open windows and abundant natural light from sunrise to sunset. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, and all necessary cookware. A spacious lower deck with patio furniture provides ample space for outdoor lounging and dining, and the backyard features a wood-burning fire pit with provided firewood. Within walking distance are a park with play equipment, a basketball court, a baseball diamond, and Pubs, offering food, drinks, and ice cream. Nearby attractions include sandy beaches, fishing on the 9 Mile River, local breweries, wineries, golf courses, and festivals in Kincardine, Goderich, and Blyth, making this peaceful retreat a true gem.

Check In/Out: Self check in is after 3:00PM, and check out is before 11:00AM

Price Per Day (2 night minimum): $285.00/night

Price Per Week Stay (6 nights 7 days): $1200/week

Pricing: The price quoted when choosing dates from the calendar includes the Damage Deposit in the price. The $500 deposit is Fully Refundable after your stay provided no damage is found. 

No Smoking: This property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Fireworks: The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.

Pets: Dogs allowed provided you clean up after them.

Respect for Property: Guests agree to respect the rental property and return it in the condition they found it. Furniture and items provided should be used carefully and only for their intended purposes.

Damages: Any damage caused by guests must be reported immediately to arrange a resolution with the host.  The price quoted when choosing dates from the calendar below INCLUDES the Damage Deposit in the price. The $500 deposit is Fully Refundable after your stay provided no damage is found.

Respect for Neighbors: Guests agree to conduct themselves respectfully and avoid disturbing neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum, both inside and outside, especially after 11:00 PM, to maintain good relations with the neighborhood.

Cleaning: All stays are subject to HST and a $90 cleaning fee. 

Condition Upon Arrival: Upon arrival, guests should immediately report any defects or damages to avoid any potential liability. Failure to report may result in guests being held responsible for damages noted after their arrival.

Number of Guests: It is essential to provide the exact number of people traveling with you so we can prepare everything needed for their comfort.

Hot Tub Use: To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all, please follow these guidelines when using the hot tub:

  • Shower before entering the hot tub to maintain clean water.
  • Do not use the hot tub after 11:00 PM to respect neighborhood tranquility.
  • The hot tub is not to be used by children without adult supervision.
  • Alcohol and glass items are strictly prohibited in and around the hot tub.
  • Water Replacement Fee: If the hot tub water needs to be changed due to non-compliance with the rules, a fee of $200 may be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional Request: Please put patio cushions away in the deck boxes provided. Garbage and recycling should be tied off and placed in the wooden bin located at the end of the driveway.
